PhD Course on Gut Biology

This course is jointly organised by Kiel Life Science (KLS), Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel (CAU), the DFG Cluster of Excellence Precision Medicine in Chronic Inflammation (PMI), DFG Research Unit 5042 miTarget, Basic Metabolic Research (BMR), University of Copenhagen, and the Danish Diabetes and Endocrine Academy (DDEA).

Join us this April for a 3.5-day interdisciplinary and interactive PhD course on Gut Biology at beautiful Gl. Avernæs, Denmark!

Together, we will explore the fundamentals of gut biology and analytical methods, dive into key topics such as host-microbe interactions, diet-microbiome dynamics, organ cross talk, innovative technologies, AI in microbiome research, and the microbiome’s role in metabolic and inflammatory diseases.
